1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Husseau provides bespoke travel advisory, planning, and concierge services, including but not limited to the arrangement of flights, accommodations, private transportation, cruises, tours, and experiences.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Husseau acts solely as an independent intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground service providers. Husseau does not own, operate, or control these suppliers.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services.

You represent and warrant that all information provided in connection with your booking is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for reviewing all confirmations and promptly notifying us of any discrepancies.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

Prices, availability, and terms are subject to change until confirmation is finalized.

Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

By submitting payment, you authorize Husseau to process charges on your behalf with applicable travel suppliers and payment processors.

4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Availability cannot be guaranteed until a booking is confirmed by the applicable supplier.

Husseau is not responsible for pricing inaccuracies, typographical errors, or changes imposed by third-party suppliers.

5. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel supplier, which may include penalties or non-refundability.

Certain bookings may be non-changeable or non-refundable.

Husseau reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative or professional service fee for cancellations, modifications, or re-bookings.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed only after funds are received from the supplier and may take additional time depending on the payment method.

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & REQUIREMENTS

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, health or vaccination requirements, driver’s licenses, and insurance.

Husseau is not responsible for denial of boarding, entry, or travel arising from incomplete, invalid, or missing documentation or failure to meet destination requirements.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Husseau acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, or default of any third-party travel supplier.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, accidents, losses, injuries, natural disasters, force majeure events, political or governmental actions, labor disputes, or supplier insolvency.

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Husseau’s total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Husseau for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of Husseau LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Personal information is collected, used, and safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
